BISCO’s Choice 2 veneer cementation system has undergone a packaging redesign, and the new look includes updated labels for Choice 2 Light-Cured Veneer Cement and Choice 2 Try-In Pastes, as well as auxiliary products like the company’s Porcelain Etchant, Uni-Etch with BAC, Porcelain Bonding Resin, and Bis-Silane.
Choice 2 remains the same trusted, light-cured, resin luting cement, formulated for porcelain, lithium disilicate, indirect composite, and zirconia veneers. Key features include eight esthetic shades, optimal shade stability, strong bonds, high flexural strength, low film thickness, and corresponding try-in pastes to simulate shade effects.
New offerings include a Choice 2 Try-In Paste Kit with shades A1, B1, Translucent, and Milky Bright. BISCO’s corresponding try-in pastes (sold separately) are available for facilitating shade selection prior to final cementation.
Choice 2 4.5g syringes can perform approximately 74 restorations, according to the manufacturer. Additionally, Choice 2 cement will not change (shade shift) over time, a problem that can occur with dual-cured systems. The multitude of shades are designed to ensure that the final restoration blends well and is natural looking for any patient.
