Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of The Bank Dental Practice in Manchester.

The Bank is a long-established, five-surgery private dental practice, which occupies an impressive former bank building in Prestwich, Greater Manchester.
The character property, which sits in a commanding position on Bury New Road, retains a number of original features, including original signage and a unique vault door.
The practice has been owned by Dr. Michael Haffner since 1990 and was brought to market to allow Dr. Haffner to retire from practice ownership. He will remain at the practice post-sale as an Associate.
Following a confidential sales process with Jonathan Watson at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Divesh Singh, who owns a number of practices across the North West.
“I’m delighted to be taking over a practice that is so steeped in history, and which has been well built up over many years,” commented Divesh Singh, the new owner of The Bank Dental Practice. “We have been busy during the first few weeks refurbishing the clinic and investing in an exciting future for The Bank.”
“The Bank was a very popular sale, with the practice only remaining on the market for a month before being agreed to the successful buyer,” commented Jonathan Watson, director of dental at Christie & Co. “Following completion, it is great to see the investment that Divesh has already made at the practice, and I am keen to see how the practice develops over the coming years.”
The Bank Dental Practice was sold for an undisclosed price.
